Location
Located at the border with the Varna Port, West Terminal, the Varna West Grain Terminal is connected to the quay via a 1.4 km aerial belt conveyor that leads to quay spots 8 and 9. From 2025 it will also be connected to quay spot 14.
Loading operations are carried out at quay spots 8 and/or 9, tailored to the type and size of the vessel, accommodating ships with a draught of up to 11.20 metres and a length exceeding 160 metres.
Inbound capacity
1,200 tonnes per hour, split across two lines at 600 tonnes per hour each. The terminal also features a railcar unloading station with a capacity of 600 tonnes per hour.
Storage
Over 100,000 tonnes in 10 individual silos, each with a volume of 12,500 m3
Outbound/loading capacity
700 tonnes per hour to quays 8 and 9 via an aerial belt conveyor and 1,200 tonnes per hour to quays 14 and 15 from 2025 onwards.*

Our entry capacity goes up to 1 200 MT/hour thanks to our 2 separate lines of 600 MT/hour. The terminal is also equipped with a train unloading station also reaching a capacity of 600 MT/hour
Unique location
Varna West grain terminal is situated at the port of Varna West, being connected through an air belt conveyor of 1,4 km right with the pier. This unique asset is of benefit for our clients, minimizing their logistic costs while loading vessels at the port.
